General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gitawin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible at gitawin.org. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on gitawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the gitawin platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with gitawin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's rules, the promotion-specific rules shall take precedence for that promotion only.

gitawin operates as an entertainment platform targeting the online gaming market in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform offers sports betting — with a particular focus on cricket including BPL, IPL, and international T20 fixtures — alongside a full live dealer casino, slot games, crash games, and table games. All services are provided subject to these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use gitawin's betting and casino services, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out below. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one gitawin account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile phone number during registration. gitawin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any detail provided at registration at any point during the account's lifetime.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gitawin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. gitawin will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Geographic Eligibility: gitawin's services are intended for players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing gitawin is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• No Corporate Accounts: gitawin accounts may only be opened and operated by natural persons. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or organisations of any kind are not eligible to hold a gitawin account.

gitawin reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Applications that trigger automated fraud detection, duplicate account checks, or geographic restriction flags may be declined automatically.

Age Restriction & Verification

At any point during your use of the gitawin platform, the compliance team may place your account in a verification hold and request documentary proof of your age. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence. The document must clearly show your full name and date of birth.

During an age verification hold, your account will be restricted from withdrawals and new bets until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved. Deposits made during the hold period will be returned if the age verification check is not successfully completed within the timeframe specified in the verification request notification.

• Immediate Closure: If gitawin determines that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. No winnings generated during underage play will be paid out under any circumstances.
• Parental Controls: If you believe a minor in your household has accessed gitawin, please contact [email protected] immediately. gitawin will cooperate fully with any request to investigate and close an account opened by a minor.
• Third-Party Verification: gitawin may use third-party age and identity verification services to cross-check the information provided at registration against official records. You consent to this verification process by creating an account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All gitawin accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment channels supported by gitawin at the time of the transaction. gitawin does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the platform's active payment section.

• Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned immediately and may trigger an account review. gitawin does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to another person.
• Withdrawal Identity Match: Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the account holder's name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• Withdrawal Verification: gitawin may request identity, address, or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal request. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. Verification requests must be fulfilled within 7 days, after which the withdrawal request may be cancelled.
• No Deposit Fees: gitawin does not charge processing fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own network fees — gitawin is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Responsible Deposits: gitawin encourages all players to set a deposit limit on their account. Deposit limits can be configured in account settings and can be reduced immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

gitawin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the compliance team will investigate and communicate an outcome to the player via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

gitawin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account balance.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Sports bets, live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While meeting a bonus wagering requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳1,000 unless a lower limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets placed above this limit during an active wagering requirement will be voided and may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• gitawin Discretion: gitawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a player has already opted in, the player's accrued wagering progress will be honoured toward the original terms at the time of opt-in.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

gitawin operates a sportsbook covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and a range of other sports. The platform also operates a full online casino including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and virtual table games. The following rules apply across all product areas.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation showing the bet reference number, stake amount, and applicable odds. gitawin reserves the right to decline or void bets placed at erroneous odds caused by a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours without a new confirmed date, or if it is determined that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are refunded at the staked amount — no winnings are paid on void bets.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports operate under real-time data feeds. gitawin cannot guarantee the accuracy of in-play data at all times. In the event of a significant data discrepancy during live betting, gitawin reserves the right to suspend markets, void affected bets, and investigate outcomes before settling. This process typically completes within 24 hours.
• Casino RNG: All non-live casino games — including slots, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by gitawin's third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) are independently tested for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
• Live Casino: gitawin's live dealer casino games are operated by third-party live casino providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live game results are determined by physical dealing and spinning — not by RNG software. The rules of each live game are displayed at the table and within the game interface.
• Maximum Win Limits: gitawin applies a maximum single-event or single-session win cap on certain game categories. Win limits for specific games or markets are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. gitawin reserves the right to limit payouts to the stated maximum regardless of the theoretical win calculated by the game's RNG or odds engine.

All betting and casino activity on gitawin is subject to routine monitoring for irregularities, including unusual betting patterns, coordinated betting groups, and exploitation of pricing errors. Accounts identified as engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of gitawin's pricing or promotional structures may have winnings voided, bonuses removed, and accounts suspended or closed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the gitawin platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action.

• Fraudulent Activity: You must not attempt to defraud gitawin or any other player on the platform. This includes but is not limited to using stolen payment credentials, submitting falsified identity documents, exploiting software bugs to generate unfair outcomes, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against deposits.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Creating or operating more than one gitawin account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion order is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is prohibited. This includes chip-dumping in poker, coordinated live betting to exploit pricing errors, or sharing of insider information about sports outcomes.
• Automated Tools: The use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting automation, scraping tools, or any software designed to interact with the gitawin platform in a non-human manner is prohibited. gitawin's security systems monitor for non-human interaction patterns and will flag and close accounts found to be using such tools.
• Money Laundering: gitawin maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international best practice. You must not use the gitawin platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating funds derived from criminal activity. Suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Offensive Conduct: You must not engage in offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication via any gitawin platform channel — including live chat, support emails, or any community feature. gitawin reserves the right to close accounts whose holders engage in such conduct without prior warning.

gitawin reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take appropriate action — including account restriction, suspension, closure, and fund withholding — where prohibited conduct is suspected. Investigation outcomes are final at gitawin's sole discretion, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

gitawin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation: Any confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and subsequent permanent closure if the breach is substantiated.
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity: Accounts flagged by gitawin's fraud and AML systems for suspicious deposit patterns, withdrawal irregularities, or identity inconsistencies may be suspended pending compliance review.
• Regulatory Compliance: gitawin may close an account if it is required to do so under applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Player Request — Responsible Gaming: Players who wish to self-exclude from the gitawin platform may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. gitawin will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any inactive account administration fee. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returnable to the account holder upon verified request.

Upon account closure at gitawin's discretion due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds, free bet credits, or promotional balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis — legitimate funds held in good faith will generally be returned to the originating payment method after the investigation concludes, unless the closure is related to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be withheld pending legal proceedings.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their gitawin account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026. gitawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
